What You Will Be a Part Of

We offer a challenging and varied job where you will hold a broad controlling role within our Business Unit. You will focus on production controlling and line organizational controlling in close cooperation with other controllers as well as with department managers.

Our Business Unit Aerospace Systems develop, industrialize and manufacture aircraft structures for the civil and military markets, with products such as the military T-7A aircraft in partnership with Boeing and various civil aircraft market products for e.g. Airbus and Boeing commercial aircrafts.

Your Future Challenges

• Financial controlling
• Actuals, forecast, budget and business plan - reporting, analysis .
• Analysis and follow-up of IT and digitalization costs
• Monthly closing related activities
• Internal control activities
• Financial model setup tasks and analysis,
• You work in a system context of IFS, Agresso, Hyperion/HFM and Mercur
• Support line organization managers in financial topics
• Production controlling
• Proactive controlling of our production, inventory and supplier costs
• Target costing incl KPI setup and analysis
• Various cost analysis, e.g standard vs actual cost
• Addressing improvement areas and drive improvement initiatives
• Project controlling duties might occur, depending on business phase
• Presentations and analysis of various financial and operational data

You will work in close and active cooperation with contract and line management teams as well as with other controllers in the Finance function and actively contribute to improvements and progress in various processes and systems.

Who You Are

You have the ability to combine a holistic perspective with an understanding of the importance of keeping track of the details. You have strong analytical skills, combined with a high level of communicational and planning.

We are looking for a controller who has the ability to work independently as well as together with others. You have a relevant background within controlling, accounting and/or financial reporting. Knowledge in systems such as IFS ERP, Hyperion HFM, Agresso, Mercur and/or Antura are meritorious.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions, requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
