Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and further developing the business unit's strategy work in close coordination with the overall strategy management for the Aeronautics business area within the SAAB Group. You ensure that our goals, initiatives and product portfolio are well anchored in the Group's strategic direction - and at the same time adapted to create results in our part of the business.

You will also lead the product management, where the focus is on translating strategic priorities into concrete solutions and customer value. You will be part of a team with both direct reporting employees and a subordinate manager. You report to the Head of the Business Gripen. As a member of the Business Unit's management team, you will play an important role in developing it to further success in a phase characterized by strong growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the strategic work in close cooperation with Aeronautics' strategy management.
• Ensure that strategy and product management are aligned and drive the business forward.
• Inspire, challenge and coach leaders in turning strategy into action.
• Follow up results, key figures and drive continuous improvement.

• Has worked with product management or business development close to the market and customer.

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
