Evolved Aerospace is looking for a hands-on, security-minded IT Technician to support and develop the digital backbone of a fast-moving aerospace and defense company. Who We’re Looking For You’re a technically skilled IT professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for secure, robust systems. You enjoy solving both everyday user challenges and complex infrastructure issues. You’re structured, independent, and not afraid to dive deep into systems to make things work seamlessly.

You have experience managing IT environments across both Windows and Linux systems, and you understand what it takes to maintain secure endpoints, servers, and networks. You're the kind of person who doesn’t just keep systems running — you make them better.

About the Role As an IT Technician at Evolved, you’ll be the go-to person for all things IT, playing a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening our tech environment – with a clear focus on security.

You’ll:

• Operate, support, and develop our IT infrastructure with an emphasis on cybersecurity
• Ensure workstations, servers, and network configurations are up to date and secure
• Work hands-on with endpoint protection, secure authentication, backup strategies, and logging
• Provide first-line support to users and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues
• Contribute to security-related projects and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure (Windows and/or Linux environments)
• Broad knowledge of computers, servers, networks, operating systems, backup solutions, and IT security
• Experience working with Microsoft 365
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or other relevant security and quality frameworks
• Experience with log management, SIEM, IDS/IPS, or security monitoring systems
• Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell or Python)
