Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.

You will:

• Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

You’ll also connect with the wider Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together. Alongside your team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.

This is a temporary summer position, offering 16–22 hours per week, with start as soon as possible or by agreement. We are hiring for both our stores in Linköping, City and I-huset, and you will be placed in one of them. Availability during regular store opening hours is required. Basic language skills in either Swedish or English are expected. There may be an opportunity for extension during the fall.
