Global Marketing Director at Epishine

About the role As Global Marketing Director, you will play a central role in shaping Epishine’s commercial journey. Your main responsibility is to elevate our brand to the next level, establish our international presence, and deliver significant impact both strategically and operationally.

You will:

• Lead the development and execution of our global marketing strategy.
• Be responsible for storytelling, targeted campaigns, international PR, website, and a strong digital presence.
• Oversee all Epishine’s communications externally (customers, partners, media) and internally (employee communications and employer branding).
• Together with the marketing team, manage and create content for our social media and digital channels, campaign materials, and produce sales-enabling assets.

You will lead a small team of two employees and set the direction and inspire your team. In this position, you will at this stage be hands-on in daily operations – planning, producing, and setting structures.

You will work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure that marketing efforts align with our technology development and business growth. You will also be a key contributor to building a strong and engaging company culture.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Relevant post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of documented experience in a combined strategic and operational marketing role, with a minimum of five years in a similar position with responsibility for both strategy and execution.
• Previous experience in managing both internal and external communication as well as public relations in a global context.
• Proven track record in brand development, product branding, and marketing strategies with strong results.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, including responsibility for LinkedIn, website management, and content production.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and storytelling—with concrete examples of how you have successfully elevated a brand.
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing.
• Proficiency in and experience working with design and media tools such as Adobe, Canva, CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
