Your role

Your role will be as one Service Owner within the Service Area Digital Workplace and you will report to the Head of Service Area. You will have responsibility for managing strategy and dialog with internal customers for our landing zones and SaaS applications. You will manage it throughout the entire lifecycle, to ensure a relevant, secure and reliable delivery of the service to the end users.

As Service Owner, you will lead several cross-functional teams and work in close cooperation with Service Managers, Line Managers and business representatives to ensure the delivery and continuous development of the services within the Service Area. You are also responsible for managing and making changes within the budget and maintenance plan authorized by the Head of Service Area.

The Service Area is Saab Group IT, a part of Digital Workplace responsible for:

Azure Landing zone: Responsible for establishing, managing and continuously developing a shared cloud platform for core IT-services. Ensure that the platform is scalable, secure and usable for development teams and the wider business.

*

Cloud application infrastructure: Responsible for the lifecycle management, governance and continuous improvement of Cloud application infrastructure. You ensure that the solution are secure, cost-effective, aligned with business needs and well-integrated into the overall IT landscape.

Your key duties include:

*

Team Leadership: Supervising and guiding a team, managing resources, and supporting development activities.

*

Service Management: Overseeing the entire service lifecycle, ensuring it meets SLAs, is secure and reliable, and continuously improves.

*

Financial & Operational Management: Developing and managing budgets, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

*

Communication & Collaboration: Communicating changes effectively, collaborating with stakeholders, and interacting with vendors.

*

Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with policies and processes, and providing performance reports and analysis.
