Your role

As a controller within Corporate Cost Control you will be given the opportunity to play an important role in the development of the organization. You will be a proactive "right-hand" to one or more managers in the IT organization in all financial matters. You will monitor and control the financial part of the organization issues and you will be an active member in the management team.

You will report to the responsible manager in the IT organization as well as to your manager in the finance organization. You will be a member of the Finance Team in Corporate Cost Control and report to the Head of IT Cost Control as your line manager.

As a Business Controller within Group IT your main tasks are:

• To monitor and control financial aspects such as follow-up and analyze, prepare budgets, forecasts.
• Analyze actuals and forecast and initiate actions to improve financial performance to close gaps and reach targets
• To create an understanding and acceptance of the financial control, financial processes and the purpose of these.
• To be business and operationally focused and actively contribute to business development and decisions.
• Being an active member in the management team, this means to highlight issues and propose actions.
• To interact with and act as a business partner with high integrity across the whole organization
• Work in close corporation with other controllers in the Finance function and actively participate and contribute to improvements and progress in processes, systems and control within the finance area.

Your profile

We are looking for a controller who is analytical, has positive attitude, is a team player and good in communication both verbally and in written. You are structural and goal focused to meet communicated deadlines. You enjoy and can work well both in team and individually.

Required skills

• Academic education within economics
• A minimum of five years of experience as a business controller or similar

Desired skills

• Experience from a similar organization
• Experience in driving change in a large corporation
• Experience in TBM or internal service pricing

You will be placed in Linköping and report to Head of Corporate IT Cost Control.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
