Your role

Saab business area Dynamics is looking for a Head of Operational Security. As a Head of Operational Security at business area Dynamics, you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of the everyday business alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.

In your role as Head of Operational Security, you will be leading the team who coordinating the support to the business units in the areas of analyzing security risks, identifying and prevent security threats, handling of and compliance to external and internal security demands.

You will be manager for the team of business and operation unit security managers and a part of the security management team.

Your main tasks will be:

Manager for the business unit security manager team

*

Part of the management team for BA Dynamics security

*

Operational manager for the security function

*

Compliance management

*

Teaching, training and presentations

All parts of protective security management will be a major part of your everyday work and the operations manager will lead, guide and support others in the team.

Your profile

Personal qualities will be of great importance, you are a true team player, always focusing at the team's results and supporting the business and the company.

It is paramount that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and personal integrity and you understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment.

Required skills:

A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work life experience in security risk management, crisis management and/or similar

*

Several years of experience from working with security risk management, crisis management and/or similar within the Saab context or similar

*

Experience from working with operational management

*

Experience from working with Swedish protective security

*

Leadership/management experience

*

Good problem-solving skills

*

Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written

Desired skills:

*

Experience from working for government authorities or in a global context including understanding of information security related issues in the business process

*

Experience from working with GSA´s, Classifications guides, security within contracts in and outside Sweden

*

Good knowledge about Saab´s routines and processes

*

Ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization

*

Experience from working with incident handling and/or incident investigations
