Your role

You will be part of the team that define and develop Aeronautics sites to meet future requirements. You will lead Business Continuity Management work to ensure Tannefors and other Aeronautics sites preparedness, including risk mitigation.

As Asset Manager you work through different networks to plan and deliver reports and actions with purpose to ensure that site infrastructure and operations are robust and effective, even in the event of a crisis.

The main tasks are:

Lead Tannefors site related BCM work

*

Coordinate AN site related BCM work

*

Futher develop, manage and communicate BCM site plan's.

*

Identify needs and implement actions to mitigate BCM risks.

*

Requriement responsible for Tannefors site traffic

*

Work as part of Asset Management team with issues realated to facilities, Loss & Prevention, Occupational Health and Safety and Site Security.

Your profile

We are looking for a person that want's to shape and lead our site BCM-work. You are selfdriven and have the ability to judge what is important due to BCM and Crise Management.

Required skills:

*

Place of placement is Linköping

*

Minimum five years of relevant experience of ledership (Manager or Project Manager)

*

Experinces and interest in planning, risk work and working with networks

*

Communication skills in English, verbal and written

*

Experience in BCM, Security, Loss & Prevention

Desired skills:

*

Self driven and likes to create structures that lead to performance and deliveries.

*

Ability to structure and lead work through networks

*

Abilty to generate plans, reports and budget conditions

*

Ability to balance business needs and compliance

*

Experience in leading projects or other relevant roles

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply
