About the Role

As a CBRE Data Center Coordinator, you will support the operational and financial management of a designated Data Center expansion area. Acting as the key link between site operations, suppliers, finance teams, and the customer, you will ensure maintenance activities are planned and executed effectively while maintaining strong control of vendor management, financial performance, and administrative processes.

This is a hybrid role combining technical planning, operational coordination, contract support, and financial administration. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across both technical and commercial aspects of a growing Data Center environment.

What You'll Do

Operational Planning & Coordination

  • Manage and maintain maintenance schedules for site assets and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance activities, corrective repairs, and supplier visits.
  • Support the daily operational activities related to the Data Center expansion.
  • Monitor work orders and ensure maintenance activities are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with site requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual, operational, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for suppliers supporting the expansion area.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in operational review meetings with customers and suppliers and ensure clear communication between all parties.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Financial & Contract Support

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Process and track invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment.
  • Monitor costs and maintain budget trackers for the assigned area.
  • Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance trackers to improve financial management standards.
  • Provide financial and operational analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting requirements.
  • Support supplier onboarding, contract administration, and record management.
  • Identify opportunities for operational and commercial improvements that support customer and business objectives.
What You'll Need

  • Experience in contract support, facilities management, operations coordination, technical planning, finance administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and manage maintenance schedules and service plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience within Data Centers, Critical Facilities, Facilities Management, Engineering Services, or Technical Services environments is desirable but not essential.
