How you can make a difference at SICK Linköping

As an HR Business Partner at SICK Linköping, you will report to and collaborate closely with our HR Manager to ensure we remain an attractive employer of choice, offer a superior employee experience, a diverse and inclusive workplace with highly engaged people and cherish our award-winning culture.

We envision you as a generalist, enhancing and implementing our HR processes, aligning with both our local and global HR strategies. In essence, this role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities within a small and self-sufficient organization, allowing room for creativity and adaptability within the framework of our overarching strategies.

We believe that you thrive in working with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. You will manage and ensure seamless and high-quality recruitment processes, and aligned with our Employer Branding strategy you will plan and lead impactful activities such as fairs, student engagement, and various events – both internally and externally.

To succeed in this role, you need

  • A university degree within Human Resources, behavioral science, or related field
  • 5 years of experience of operational HR in all aspects of the employee journey, with excellence in recruitment and employer branding
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

If you have previous experience working with HR in the IT industry or experience from an international company, we find that to be extra valuable. Familiarity with digital process improvement and implementation, as well as proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven approaches, are also highly appreciated aspects of your list of skills.
