Now we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will support us in our journey.

Your role

As BA Learning and Development Specialist, you will be the BA driver for continuous learning, and support the organization to take our strategic workforce plan from words to action.

You will be a key player in our HR-team People & Culture Development, driving our people strategy and improve people experience in order for us to engage, develop and re-attract the right talents with the right skills for current and future challenges.

Your main tasks are to drive and support projects for building a strong learning culture, advice on how business needs are translated into learning strategies and end-to-end learning solutions, develop and strengthen new learning opportunities, curate content based on target group and create digital learning pathways, programs and campaigns based on workforce planning.

You support the organization with activities to secure a culture for continuous learning, up-skilling and re-skilling initiatives and that we make use of our Learning Landscape and our Talent Market Place.

You will be a part of a highly committed HR-team, reporting to the Manager for People and Culture Development, and a member of the Saab global HR Community.

Your profile

Your driving forces are to develop people and organization in order to strengthen our capabilities and create results. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive change. You have energy and endurance and are a team-player with both good judgement and maturity. With curiosity and lack of prestige you find it easy to cooperate, but are also used to work independently. You are communicative and have experience from coaching managers, especially concerning workforce planning, continuous learning and development.

You have a relevant academic educational background and experience from other positions within HR or similar fields. We think you are digitally savvy and know how important it is to work with digital tools to reach our future goals and you have interest in using people analytics in your daily work. It is advantageous if you have worked in the learning management system Workday Learning.

Above all, you are curious and eager to continue to develop and find Saab as your employer of choice where you can make a difference in the future of work. You have a track record of continuous development, and enjoy working close to the business. You are passionate about HR and people development. You have excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, and are a good communicator both verbally and in writing.

We are a geographically dispersed organization, travelling is part of the job and driving license necessary. Some international travel may also be required.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
