We are looking for a business driven Strategic Purchaser that have experience of executing and delivering results and enjoys leading sourcing activities and interacting with stakeholders and suppliers. You have negotiation skills and manages contracts and relationships with suppliers autonomously.

Your role

You will be responsible for executing a wide range of sourcing projects within category Building Construction at Group Procurement. In your role you will also be responsible of subcategories, supplier relationship management and contracts.

The main tasks are:

• Perform and lead sourcing projects
• Lead collaboration and communication with cross functional teams
• Responsible of Supplier relationships
• Set, develop and execute sub category strategies
• Responsible of Supplier Governance and Contracts
• Deliver performance improvements, compliance and cost reduction
• Place purchase orders and enable efficient digital solutions within the category

Your profile:

Required skills:

• Relevant University degree, or equivalent job experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Swedish and english, verbal and written
• Excellent collaboration, analyse and communication skills
• Business driven and independent

Desired skills:

• Experience from Procurement or Supply Chain
• Experience from managing Building Construction work
• Experience of leading commercial teams
• Interest in continues improvements and digitalization
• Interest in sustainability
• Performance driven

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

The Group Procurement organization consists of 52 experienced colleagues, primarily of buyers and experts within areas such as Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Procure to Pay, Legal, Business Analysis, Process Method & Tool development and Business Solution Management.
